We welcome you to the ÉTÉ 91 restaurant on the banks of the Ariège River. Discover a warm atmosphere and a groovy spirit that invites you to get up and dance. Thanks to our different spaces, everyone is sure to find the perfect atmosphere where they can share a drink or a meal, whether it is indoors beneath the array of chandeliers that add a woody touch, or on the wooden terrace, which blends perfectly into the natural surroundings. Spaces with vintage decorations, ranging from Art Deco to the 90s, not to mention the hippy era… Take a step back in time - A novel experience for some, a memory of the past for others.

It would be unfair to reduce ÉTÉ 91 to a simple bar-restaurant. It is a living space in its own right. A place where good mood takes priority, whether in the dining room or in the kitchen.
